Please Read the Following Information
For information regarding entering exhibits please refer to the premium book. Premium book information for each department is listed at the bottom of this page. Just click on the link for the department you are interested in. To access the on-line entry system click here. If you did not enter an exhibit in 2007 you will need to create an account for each exhibitor, 4-H club, FFA chapter, etc. entering exhibits or competing in a particular class. It is recommended that each leader enter his/her entire club/chapter so all e-mails regarding entries for club/chapter members will go to one person. Feel free to contact Leslie @ the Fair office if you have questions about the on-line entries. Please set your browser to allow cookies from the on-line entry site.
Entries are placed by locating the department you wish to enter and then following the drop down menus to complete that entry. You may enter as many exhibits as you would like on the same entry form.
Any data box with an asterisk * needs to be completed. If you are unsure about the information that is being required you can simply put N/A in the box. If you are entering in the Poultry or Rabbit departments please be sure to include the type, breed, and color in the descriptive box as the Superintendents need this information.
After you have completed your entry you will be asked to accept a waiver stating you have read all rules, regulations, and conditions as stated in the Premium Book, as well as the rules, regulations and conditions for the department you are entering. This would include the “Code of Ethics” for animal entries. Please be sure to review these items in the premium book before agreeing to the statement.
After completing your entry you will receive a confirmation e-mail showing all of your entries. You can add entries at a later date by logging onto the site with your user name and password. Please note the deadlines listed in the premium book for each department.
If you are unable to enter on-line you may continue to enter exhibits on paper forms as in the past. If you are not entering on-line you will need to come to the Fair office to receive an exhibitor number if you did not exhibit last year.
Please note: if you are entering a registered animal in an open class lot you will need to mail, fax, or bring a copy of the animal’s registration to the Fair office. The fax number is (360) 354-1315.
If you feel you may exceed $600.00 in total premiums, you will need to file a W-9 Form. These are available in the Fair Office.
